PET Mica Tape for Electromagnetic Wire

Description
Single Layer PET Backed Mica Tape (equivalent to samicafilm®315.14, 315-11; CONDUCTOFOL®2009, KM-805A-ST) is a two poly combined flexible material constructed of mica paper bonded to PET Film on one side with modified epoxy resin. The film surface of type PM541-H is coated with a hot melt adhesive.
Double Layers PET Backed Mica Tape (equivalent to samicafilm®F2-90; CONDUCTOFOL®2371, 2159; KM-805A-ST) is a triplex combined flexible material constructed of mica paper bonded to PET Film on both sides with modified epoxy resin. The film surface of type PMP541-H is coated with a hot melt adhesive.
This Mica Tape has excellent flexibility, good workability, high physical and electrical properties.

Application

PET Film Backed on Single Side Mica Tape is rated Class F (155°C) by IEEE standards, acceptable for the conductor insulation of electromagnetic wires for winding of low and high voltage machines.
